Energy Recovery Pumping System:

The concept is adopted from turbocharger device, that has been adopted to so many cars we drive everyday in our lives.

- Device one:

Conventional Propeller pump device, that intake the water from pressure free status, and compress it into the pipe, into central axial direction. No diferent, no inovation.

- Device two:

The innovative rotation device. The device is a hollow disc (similar to the centrifugal disc), with numerous openings throughout the external radial diameter, and extendet pipe in uperside axial direction, connected with the propeler pipe through a special innovative mechanical seal. The external radial opening, has innovative one way jet valves, that allowed the water to create a waterjet beem. This device is direct connected with the propeller shaft, rottated by the single driver (electric motor as exemple). A new innovatrive tween device connection, based on the turbocharger concept.

-Device three.

The waterjet of the device two, create the conditons to be able to extract the kinetic energy from the rotation device, by crerating and designe a new innovative concept of water turbine (similar to Pelton Turbine). 

- Assembly:

 -The new innovative concept of the body of the Energy Recovery Pumping System device, couldn't been possible without disconnecting the incoming water pipeline with the outgoing pipeline.

- The connection has been possible by creating air chamber inside of the device itself. 

- The device body is a isolated container that all the abuve devices are inserted internaly (in vertical line) of the device.

- The outgoing water pipe is connected on the lowest part of the container, and the incoming water pipe is connected on the upper side of the container.

- The container itself, is compleately sealed and pressure resistant.

 -The function process: 

- The water source is higher than the container, allowed the water to fill up the opening through the propeller chamber and the rottation device. So before turning on the motor to rottate the propeller and the rottation device, all the opening through are full of water, blocked by the one way valves of the rottation device not to lieack out.

- By turning on the electric motor, both the propeller and the rotation device rotate. The rotation, forces the propeller to pressure the water downwards direction, and generating pressure into the rotation device, forcing the valves to open and discharge the water inside on the container.

- The rotation (of the rotation device) creates a centrifugal and centripetal forces (interanaly of the rotation device), that creates a vacuum into the center of the rotation device. The vacuum pushes the water from the propeller connection vertically downwards direction. This combination, reduces the work load of the propeller. The firt energy saving factor.

- The water ejected out of the rotation device, hits the walls of the container and falling down into the bottom of the container, and raising gradually the water level on the bottom . The air inside of the container been compressed gradually until the water has reached the opening of the outgoing pipe. At this point, the water has been forced to flow constantly upwords throughe the pipe by the compressed air, withaut spending energy for it. The second energy saving factor. No energy needet to displace the water from lower level to the upwer level. 

 

 - The advantages of the permanent air chamber:

- Advantage one: Having a permanent air chamber on the upper part of the container, allows the rottation device to rottate with minimum friction power loss, compared to the water friction. Third energy saving factor. 

- Advantage two: The water ejected out from the jet valves, contain a great kinetic power. The condition created by the permanent air chamber, allowed the implementation of innovative water turbine, that extracts the water kinetic energy. The energy recovery factor.

-The recovered energy usage:

The turbine is directly connected with shaft with a propeller type. The mechanical rotational energy of the turbine, forces the propeller to force the water on the bottom of the container, to be forced to accelerate the outgoing pressure, by relieving the pressure on the compressed air. The relieving of the compressed air pressure, relieving furthermore the workforce of the electric motor. The forth energy saving factor.

 

Demonstration of the factors contributing to the maximum efficiency of Mirakatec Pumping System:

 

Factor 1:

The vacumm of the rottation device.

Factor 2:

The natural displacement of the water from the lower level to the upper level (made by the nature work), because of natural balances of the permanent compressed air chamber. Zero energy to displace the water from lower level into the higher level. The nature's gift.

Factor 3:

Permanent air chamber that minimizes the friction energy factor and allows the rotation device and the water turbine to be possible to be implemented and functional.
